Berakhirnya perjalanan seorang syekhul fitnah


Dunia Islam seakan-akan merasa tenang sedikit setelah mendengar kematian Abdullah al-Harari yang banyak menimbulkan fitnah kepada masyarakat Islam umumnya dengan fatwa-fatwanya. Kumpulan AHBASH ini sepertimana yang telah dimaklumi mendapat kritikan yang hebat oleh ulamak-ulamak dunia Islam melalui fatwa-fatwa mereka. tetapi pengikut-pengikut mereka yang taksub ini terus-menerus mengangkat Abdullah al-Harari ini dengan berbagai-bagai gelaran seperti al-Muhaddis dan sebagainya untuk mengaburi mata-mata masyarakat awam supaya tidak terpengaruh dengan fatwa-fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh ulamak-ulamak dunia Islam.

Perginya insan yang bernama Abdullah al-Harari ini maka hilanglah sebahagian fitnah yang sering ditimbulkan olehnya. Antaranya fitnah TAKFIR, suka mengkafirkan ulamak-ulamak Islam yang tidak sehaluan dengan mereka. malangnya fikrah TAKFIR ini diwarisi pula oleh anak-anak muridnya yang taksub dengan al-Harari.

Walau bagaimanapun semoga Allah ampunkan kesalahan-kesalahannya, kemungkinan dia tersilap di dalam ijtihadnya. Tetapi adalah menjadi kewajipan untuk kita terangkan kepada masyarakat kesalahan-kesalahan dan fitnah-fitnah yang telah dilakukan kepada masyarakat awam supaya masyarakat tidak terpengaruh dengan kesesatan yang telah dibuat dan diteruskan oleh pengikut-pengikutnya yang taksub ini, semoga Allah memberikan hidayah kepada pengikut-pengikutnya untuk kembali ke jalan yang benar yang berlandaskan al-Quran dan Sunnah sesuai dengan kefahaman salaful ummah.

Fatwa Syirik

Al-Harari dalam fatwanya menyatakan boleh seseorang itu menggunakan harta atau duit yang dicuri untuk membeli barang-barang dan barang tersebut akan menjadi halal. al-Harari juga menfatwakan bolehnya mengambil riba dan berjudi. dia juga terkenal menggunakan helah di dalam agama dengan menukarkan sesuatu yang haram menjadi halal.

Pengikut-pengikut al-harari beri'tiqad bahawa si al-Harari boleh terbang dan kahak yang keluar dari mulut al-Harari itu berbau harum. dan al-Harari ini boleh bercakap dengan Nabi s.a.w.

Fatwa Syirik- Rakaman suara kesesatan fatwa Abdullah al-Harari



Ditanya kepada Abdullah al-Harari tentang hukum orang yang memohon pertolongan kepada mayat di dalam kuburdan menyeru mereka di dalam kubur seperti dia berkata Wahai Syed Badawi (orang dah mati) tolonglah aku

Al-Harari menjawab:

Ya Semua itu dibolehkan. Dibolehkan bagi seorang berkata: Tolonglah aku wahai Badawi, bantulah aku wahai Badawi.

Ditanya kepada Abdullah al-Harari: Roh-roh berada di alam barzakh bagaimana nak memohon pertolongan daripada mereka sedangkan mereka itu jauh?

Al-Harari menjawab: Allah Ta’ala memuliakan mereka dengan memperdengarkan mereka suara dari jauh sedang mereka berada di dalam kubur, maka mereka berdoa kepada yang memohon dan menyelamatkannya. Kadang-kadang mereka keluar dari kubur-kubur mereka dan menunaikan segala hajat orang yang memohon pertolongan daripada mereka kembali kembali semula ke kubur-kubur mereka…


Tidakkah mereka membaca firman-firman Allah Ta’ala di dalam al-Quran supaya memohon doa pertolongan hanya kepada Allah???

Memohon kepada makhluk yang dah mati di dalam kubur merupakan kesesatan yang nyata dan syirik kepada Allah Ta’ala. Mayat itu sendiri tidak boleh memberi manfaat untuk dirinya sendiri dan tidak mampu menolak mudarat dari terkena kepada diri mereka sendiri bagaimana mungkin boleh member dan menunaikan hajat orang yang hidup….

Aqal yang sihat pun tidak boleh menerimanya kecuali mereka yang mempunyai aqal fikiran yang sempit dan bebal…


Ahbash lah yang sebenarnya musyabbihah, menyamakan Allah dengan makhluk, kerana hanya yang boleh memberi manfaat dan mendatangkan mudarat itu adalah Allah, jika sekiranya anda menyatakan makhluk juga boleh menunaikan hajat makhluk yang lain anda TELAH MENYAMAKAN ALLAH DENGAN MAKHLUK…wal ‘iyazubillah

Muslims Beware of "Abdullah Habashi"

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Raheem

O Muslims! Beware of a man who calls himself Abdullah Habashi and of his followers. They are a group of extremists who are busy accusing all Muslims who don't follow their teachings and beliefs, of being kaafir and mushrik.

The Prophet (s) said, "man kaffara musliman faqad kafar" which means "whoever calls a Muslim a kaafir, he is a kaafir." This is borne out in the following three hadiths. The Prophet (s) said, as narrated in Bukhari and Muslim by Ibn Mas'ud, "sibaab al-muslimeen fusuqun wa qitaaluhu kufrun." which means "to curse a Muslim is corruption and to fight him is apostasy." He said in another hadith related by Abdullah ibn 'Umar in Tabarani, that the Prophet (s) said, "kuffu 'an ahli `la ilaha ill-Allah' laa tukaffirruhum bi-dhambin faman kaffara `ahla la ilaha ill-Allah' fa-hua lil-kufri aqrab." This means "leave alone the people who say there is no deity except Allah, don't call them unbelievers if they did something that in your eyes is a sin, for whoever says that they are unbelievers, he is the one nearer to unbelief." Anas ibn Malik related from the Prophet (s), "thalathun min aslil-iman, al-kaffu an man qala `la ilaha ill-Allah', la tukaffiruhu bi-dhambin wa laa tukhreejhu min al-Islam" [Abu Dawud.] "the origin of faith is threefold: to leave alone those who say there is no deity but God alone, not to call him an unbeliever because of a sin, and not to bring him out of Islam."

Our answer to these people is simply "It is enough for them to understand the meaning of these three hadiths." The Prophet (s) said, "alaykum bi-ijmaa al-muslimeen" which means "you must follow the majority of Muslims." The majority of Muslims are following these three hadiths and avoid accusing anyone of kufr and unbelief, except "Abdullah Habashi" and his followers.

"Abdullah Habashi" (a.k.a. Abdullah al-Hariri) has been trained to poison the minds of Muslims, and he was sent to Damascus. There he began his activities by visiting Muslim scholars and attending their lectures, in order to analyze their personalities. However, after much effort to spread his poisonous beliefs, he found that Damascus was too spiritual and Islamic a place for him, as he was unable to poison the minds of people. Therefore he was ordered by his masters to move on to Lebanon. There he sought asylum from the Secretary General of the Religious Affairs Department in Lebanon, Mukhtar Alele. He was given shelter on condition that he only stay in the mosque of Ziqaq al-Bilat in Beirut, and the condition that he in no way spread his teachings to people.

Unfortunately, "Abdullah Habashi" broke his promise to the General Secretary who had sponsored him. The Prophet (s) said, "al-Muslim idha wa'ada wafa.'" Which means "the Muslim when he makes a promise, fulfills it" The first action that he did was to break his promise.

He began to spread his teachings through Lebanon at that time, and has continued until the present day. During the Lebanese crisis the so-called "Abdullah Habashi", gave a fatwa that his followers could rob any house left empty by tenants who had fled the fighting. He also permitted them to kill any person who carried an identity card which identified them as Christian or non-Muslim. This is not accepted in Islam.

During the crisis moreover people were pressured to become followers of the "Habashi" group by blackmail, phone threats, and by placing bombs near their homes and their cars, until this day.

Here we will present some of the fatwas "Abdullah Habashi" made up for his followers.

1. Anyone is considered an unbeliever unless they take initiation with their shaykh. Everyone else is considered kaafir.

2. They marry only within their group. They trade, buying and selling only among themselves.

3. They gave a fatwa that a man can sleep with any woman that is not a member of their group, because she will be considered jaariya, as they consider themselves at war with those who do not follow them. They are even permitted to use force for this purpose, thereby condoning rape.

4. They destroyed families by demanding that wives leave husbands and husbands leave wives, based on their claim that if one spouse took initiation with the so-called "Habashi," he or she must leave the other, unless the other spouse also take initiation. By this means, they have broken up thousands of families, in Lebanon, Europe, in America where they have some small groups.

5. They have given a fatwa to the effect that wives forcibly separated from their husbands, remarry, though they are still considered married by sharia; moreover they force them to remarry one of the members of their group.

6. They gave a fatwa that as long as the woman is covering her head, she can go swimming in a one-piece bathing suit or bikini, even in front of strange men. Their special beaches are infamous in Lebanon.

7. They say that women can go in front of any man wearing all types of cosmetics, fragrances, eyelashes, rouge and makeup, and wearing tight trousers and alluring clothes, as long as she is covering her head.

8. Now they are finally studying the possiblity of a fatwa to allow mut'ah to take place.

9. They permitted mufakhadha, which means a man may sleep and commit any sexual act with other than his wife, as long as no penetration occurs.
This is only a small sample, a drop in the bucket, of what they have permitted their followers to do which is contrary to Islam.

O Muslims, the same ones who are spreading these fatawa, from this so-called "Abdullah Habashi," have cursed and charged many Muslim scholars with kufr.

To sum up, if the "Habashis" are not going to keep quiet and repent, and offer an apology to all those they accused of kufr and called unbelievers, we are going to expose the dealings of their rank and file with the Nusayris, who are a radical sect of Shi'ites who live in Syria.

Al-Ahbash: Their History and Their Beliefs

All praise belongs to Allah, and the Salat and Salam upon the Messanger of Allah Muhammad bin Abdillah.

Habashi's History:

This group called Ahbash relating to their first leader Abdullah Al-Harawi Al-Habashi. He came to Lebanon from Ethiopia (Habashah), that why they called him Al-habashi. He left Addis Ababa after he made a Fitnah there its called Kolob Fitnah. The Addis Ababa's people know him as Shikh Al-Fitnah according to evidence from some of his relative. What he did there, he work with the ruler of Endraji -the son in law for the Ethiopia's president Helaselasi - against Islamic Associations there, and he helped him to close all the Islamic National Association's schools for memorizing the Holy Quran in Hrar city in 1940 ( 1367 Hejrah), and they issued their judge on the schools' manager - Ibrahim Hassan- to jail him twenty three years, also he helped that ruler to internment the scholars there. He did that for those people, because they are Wahabi. For that reason, the people called him after that is the Shikh Al-Fitnah.


When he came to Lebanon, his followers there forgot his history, and he still does there - in Lebanon - as what he did before in Ethiopia, if you disagree with him in any problem you will be Kafir automatically, he said Ikhwan, Al-Albani and Ibn Baz are Kufars, Ibn Taymiyah is Kafir and Murtad and Zendeq and he asked his followers to lit Ibn Taymiyyah's books, Imam Al-thahabi is wicked, Sayd Sabeq is Majusi (The people who worship the fire) and in the other side he praised Jamal AbdulNasir because he killed Syed Qutob. He asked his followers to hit or kill anyone who has beliefs different than their beliefs, to make sure ask the Lebanon's Mosques Imams, ask Adnan Yasen, how many times they tried to kill him, ask Hassan Katuji, what he did for them to let them following him to hit an hurt him, ask Jamal Al-Thahabi and Abdul-Hamed Shanuha and others why they leave Lebanon. Try to listen to their Radio, and see what they described Shikh Muhammad Al-Juzo, they describe him as lewd man.


In front of all these things, we could not find him or his followers did something toward the Batiniyah, but what he did in one of his lectures, he encouraged the people to appeal the aid from AL-Albeit, and there is no problem to say O' Ali or O' Hussein ( Ya Ali , Ya Hussein).


He also, gave some strange fatwas for his followers, he allow Al-riba (the interest) Some people said he is Jew man, however there is no clear evidence for that, but at least he has a lot of the Jew's characteristics.


Habashi's Beliefs :

Al-Ahbash claimed that they follow Al-Shafi'e. To make sure about that let us see their beliefs to know if they follow Al-Shafi's Beliefs or not.


1- They change the meaning of Allah's attributes based on the desire. But Al-Shafi as all Ahlu-sunnah beliefs Allah's attributes as what Allah (S.W.T) mentions them in His book and in the Sunnah of His Messengers without any meaning's changing, exchanging, or misconstruction. Look what Al-Habashi and his followers said about ' Al-Istiwa' " Al-rahman ala al'arsh istawa" translation " The most Beneficent (Allah) Istawa (rose over) the mighty Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty) -Taha verse 5- , what they - Ahbash- said about the meaning of this word 'Istawa' they said it means take possession of the Throne, that means there was a god before Allah , then Allah possessed the throne from that first god, which no Muslim will believe or accept that , Ta-a'la-Allah Oluwan Kabera. The meaning of Istawa every Muslim knows the meaning by the Fitrah, it means He (S.W.T) rose over, that set no more details such as how, because Allah (S.W.T) tells us in the Quran about his attributes something fit with human's mind, we believe them as is, according Imam Malik, when someone ask him about Al-Istiwa he - may Allah have mercy on him- Al-Istiwa's meaning is known, how is unknown, believe it is obligation, and to ask about is Bed'ah, then he asked this man to go because he is Mubtad'a.


2- Their Shikh said that, The Quran's word was established by Gabriel (Alih Asslam), and Quran is not Allah's speech -look Izhar Al-Iqedah Al-Sunnyah P. 59-. Of course this idea is not new idea he came up with it, he just follows Al-Thalal's Imams. This idea is not something simple we can forget it. Just think about that, if we said Al-Quran is not Allah's speech that means it somebody's else speech, that means it could have some mistake. If we look at the history, where this idea come from, and why they came up with this idea, we will notice that, they want to reject the Quran, but they could not find any way to prove that, It is deficient or incomplete, then they came up with this idea. When the Muslims believe that, it is not Allah's speech then it could be incomplete or it is not perfect. Then we can change some of it while it is not perfect.


3- He - Al-Habashi - came up with some strange things, he said Allah is has ability on most of things - look Izhar Al-Iqedah Al-Sunnyah P. 59 -. Also, he asked the people this question, Is Allah able on him self or not?. Do you think Imam Al-Shafi believes these things or did he - may Allah have mercy on him- ask such question like what Al-Habashi did.


4- He -Al-Habashi- encourage people to go to the graves and appeal for aid from dead, also he allows to seek the protection from other than Allah (look Al-Daleel Al-Qaweem P.173, Bwghyat Al-Talib P.8, Sareeh Al-Bayan P.57-62). Also, he said Al-Awleya come from their graves to do people's needs, then they go back to their graves ! (look Khalid Kanan's tape /b/70). Also, he ask people to have Tabaruk by stone ( look Sareh Al-Byan P. 58, Ithhar Al-Aqedah Al-Sunnyah P.244). Do you think Al-Shafi does or believe these garbage.


5- He is Jabri, he said Allah help the Kuffars on their Kufer, if Allah did not help them they will not be Kuffar ( look Al-Nahj Al-Saleem P. 67).


6- He is Murje, he said Iman is saying only without deeds, i.e. , Iman is belief only , when you believe it is enough for you to enter Al-Jannah you do have to do any practice, he make Abu Baker and Abu Jahel is same, because both believe Allah. Anyone believe Allah is Mu'min either he pray or not, he does Islam's Pillars or not. (look Al-Daleel Al-Qaweem P.7, Beghyat Al-Taleb P.51).


7- He does not care about the Judgment by Islam or other which is against Islam, and he describe the people who judge by human's law (against Islam) and do not like to judge by Islam, he describe them as Muslim and Mu'min, also he allows helping them (look tape No. 318/1 side A). Also, he said any one who said at least one time in his life La Elah Ela Allah (No God but Allah) he is Muslim and Mu'min even if he does not judge the Allah's Share'ah in his life, does not do any of Allah's commands, and does not leave Allah's prohibited. (look Al-Daleel Al-Qaweem P.9-10, Beghyat Al-Taleb P. 51). He- Al-Habashi- said that Syed Qutub is Kafer, because he prohibit Judges to judge between people using the human's law (against Islam).


8- He tries to get Shi'ah's agree by talking a lot about the Fitans which happened between companions, and he insult Mua'wyah (R.A.A) a lot and he - Al-Habashi - made him -Mua'wyah - of Fire's people, also he mention a lot of Shia'h's stories about Mua'wyah (R.A.A).


9- He - Al-Habashi - believe that, Allah created the universe and sent the Messengers without any wisdom, because if you said that, that means you put some reasons for that, and if you put some reasons that means you put some partner with Allah ! - Strange !! -


10- He -Al-Habashi- allows Al-Riba (the interest).


11- He allows to pray with dirty - Najasah - ( look Beghyat Al-Taleb P. 99-100).


12- He allows to play gambling with Kuffar, and allows to steal your neighbors if they are non Muslim. (look Sareeh Al-Bayan P. 133)


13- He insult the scholars beginning with the companions especially Mua'wyah (R.A.A) ( look Ethhar Al-Aqeedah AlSunnyah P. 182). look to some of his tape like (tape No. 13/A/94) to see what he said about Shihk Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, also, look at (Al-Magalat Al-Sunnyah P. 15, 24, 26, 57, 62, 75). Look what he said about Imam Al-Thahabi, he said he is wicked, Imam Muhammad bin AbdulWahhab murder and Kafer (look at their Manar Al-Huda Magazine Issue 3 P.34). Shikh Syed Sabiq is Majosi Kafir (tape No. 1/A/181). Syed Qutub is one of Al-Khawarij's heads, he is Kafir, and he is journal's c

ommunist (look Al-Nahj Al-Sawi fi Al-Rad ala Syed Qutub Wa Tabi'eh Fiysal Muwlawi P. 3)
In front of that, we find Al-Habashi is defending the bad people like Ibn Arabi which all his book is witness on his Kufir because he said something no one said it toward Allah even Jews and Christians.


(Note : I forget to mention that in first part, all these information I got from Shikh Abdul-Rahman Demashqiyyah's book about this bad group).


Some of Al-Habashi's (Abdullah Al-Harari - Al-Habashi) Fatawa ( Beliefs and practice):


1- He said the first sighting on the foreign woman is allowed even if it takes too long time (look Boghyat Al-Taleb P.224, 287). As you know the prophet S.A.W said the first sight for you and the second is not allowed -or as what the prophet said- that means if you saw by accident a foreign woman that would be sin but if you continue that mean it on purpose which not allowed, but see how Al-Habashi play by the Hadeth. Also, he allowed for a woman to go out her home wearing beautiful clothes and using a perfume for foreign people to be beautiful is their eyes(look Sareeh Al-Bayan P. 186)


2- He made a Fitnah here in US and Canada by ordering his follower to change their Qiblah (the direction of prayer), then they changed their Qiblah against all Muslims in US and Canada by 90 degree. Also, in Lebanon, they have different Qiblah from other Muslims there, they changed it to the North. And they did not pray with Muslims in Muslims' Masajids.


3- He and his followers use magic (Al-Sher), and they used to give their followers to let them follow them without any objection, they use some tablets for that purpose they called it promise's tablets (Huboob Al-Ahb). Also, they have some magic paper they used for magic purpose.


Shikh Abdul-Rahman Demashqiyyah (which I got these information from his book) said one of the Habashi people threatened me if I continue talking about them they will use magic against me, and he (Shikh Abdul-Rahman) said Allah will protect me from them insha' Allah, Also, Allah said in the Quran " They could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's leave" (Al-Imran verse 102).


4- He pretends that, he has the prophet's finger ring, and he shows it to the people, and they jump to kiss it.


5- They -Ahbash- sing and dance in their parties with such undress women, in spite of that, they said Allah gives them Karamat !.


6- They enforce Masajids' Imam in Lebanon to let them -Ahbash- to give lessons in the Masjid, if the Imam reject that, they did not let him to make any lesson in his Masjid, and they try to talk in loudly to prevent him -Imam- to give his lesson, that why Lebanon magazine talked in one issue about this problem (look Shira magazine issue No. 574 "Fighting on Masajids in Lebanon). Some times they use gun to do what they want in any Masjid they want, for that reason - shooting by guns- some Masajids in Lebanon were closed.


7- They have big maestro group (music group) such as James Last, they singing and dancing with women, and they use it to pray to Allah! because this is ??? ISLAMIC MUSIC ???. If you interest to see them just go to any Video store in Lebanon and ask about that. Also, in their parties they sing for the rulers in Lebanon.


8- Al-Habashi divides the Islamic resources to facts, Share'ah, inner (Baten), outer (thaher), he pretends that, he gets the knowledge from Allah by some kind of knowledge its name (Al-Elm Al-Ladoni), also, he pretends that, he meets Al-Khuder and some other Shikhs in their graves, and he talks the promise from them!. Also, he believes that, they (the people who usually meets them) have ability and control on the universe according to their levels, some of them hold the earth, others knows the unseen!.


Did you believe these garbage?. Do not worry according to Imam Shafi "if someone become Sofi in the morning, at the noon he will become stupid, also, no one will stay with Sofis forty days and he will lose his mind". look Tlbes Ables P. 371)


9- He with his followers believe Refa'ei Tareqah and try to distribute it. Do not forget that, Refa'ei Tareqah believe as what Shieah believe in twelve Imams.


10- They try to trick the people in their books in so many fields and ways. For example, if look at some of them books when they talk about some problem they mention their Shikh as old scholars, for example they stated in one of their books " Hafiz Al-Abdali said .. etc." when read that you will think this is a one of our very old scholar such as Hafiz Ibn Hajar or Hafiz Al-Thahabi, but the fact is that this is one of their Shaikhs.


If you look at this group you will adept about them even if you do know anything about them. Look how many great association they have in Lebanon. Also, when you look at the rulers in Lebanon you will find them like this group and fight with it. This gives evidence of that they have some political goal as well as beliefs goals. In these days we find that, the rulers not in Lebanon only(prime minister, Lebanon's president, and other Christian's leaders) but in other country like Syria, Yaser Arafat, and others, they are very concern about killing Nizar Kabani the Leader of Islamic charitable association (one of the Habashi's associations), and they ( rulers - Muslims and Christians) work together to find who killed Nizar Kabani. The question is that ( if we suppose Nizar Kabani is a Muslim leader) Is this first Muslim leader (or at least Muslim) was killed. Why they really concern about his assassination. Why the Lebanon government for the first time try to enter Palestine camps to get the person who is suspect for the assassinate. How many Muslim leader was killed and know one was care. All these questions and others give us an evidence for that the rulers know who is Habashi and they know too who will help them to break Islamic Daw'ah.


Al-Ahbash's Friends and their enemies :


Adnan Al-Trabulsi (the Habashi's substitute in Lebanon's Parliament), sa id " We are open for all people, we invite to the opening and good moral, we are in Islamic Charitable Project disagree with demolition Ikhwan party -his sentence in Arabic " Hezb Al-Akhwan Al-Haddam"- ( of course he meant Al-AKhwan Al-Muslemeen ), we are not fundamentals, we are against the fundamentals which it is looking for the chair and leadership, no for this fundamentals which judge all Arab's and Muslim's leaders as Kuffar because they - the leaders - judge by the law without believing that the law is better than Al-Quran". My question is that, how he (Adnan Al-Trabulsi) knew that, the Arab and Muslims leaders do believe that? I do not know may be this is one of Al-Ahbash's beliefs (as any Sofi) they can read the hearts!. Again I do not know!. Also, one of Habashi's candidates Taha Naji went to Christians' cities in the North region of Lebanon to get their votes, and he got their votes after he promised them to destroy Islamic fundamentals. Unfortunately, he did not win!.


To know who is Al-Ahabashi's friend let us get some information from the ir magazine Manar Al-Huda.


Islamic Charitable Projects made a party in Farasiy Palace ( look Manar Al-Huda issue No. 4 , 1993 P. 37-38), and they invited Agub Jukhrdiyan and Mieshal Adah Education's Minister (both of them are Christians as you know), and he - Adah - said " I know Islamic Charitable Projects very well, and I heard about you, in spite of that, there are a lot of associations, but you are very active, also I know Shikh Nizar Halabi, he is very gentle and may god guide him"(look Manar Al-Huda issue No. 5 P. 33). Khacheek Babekeyan (Christian man) said " If this association -Islamic Charitable Projects- did what it planned to do, then the favor is due to its president, congratulation to Shikh Nizar Halabi for what he did and does for the seek of Lebanon and its people"(look at Manar Al-Huda issue No. 5 P. 33). Also, in 1994 they made similar party and they invited some of Lebanon's Christians leaders (look Manar Al-Huda issue No.17 P. 41). Also, Ausamah Al-Sayid The Islamic Charitable Projects' represent in Al-Beka' (one of Lebanon's regions) visited Eali Frzali (one of the Christian candidate), the goal of this visiting is to power the inner relation and to united the efforts and the activities between them (look Manar Al-Huda issue No. 13 P. 56). Also, Nizar Al-Halabi and Adnan Al-Trabulsi visited Nabeh Bari the Lebanon Parliament's president for the same purpose(look Manar Al-Huda issue No. 10 P. 6). Moreover, in an interview with Adnan Al-Trabulsi -the Habashi's candidate-, he confessed that, the Habashi gave their votes to the Chastens in the Lebanon's election and the Christian gave their votes (about 16000 votes) to Taha Naji (Habashi's candidate in Lebanon's north). Unfortunately, he lost ! (look Al-Afkar Magazine issue No. 531 P. 13). Also, when they (Al-Ahbash) opened Education School, they invited a lot of Christians people such as John Aubead, Salaim Habeeb, Estafan Al-Dwehi, Na'elah Mu'wad (Reneeh Mu'wad's spouse), and others Christians (look Manar Al-Huda issue 6 P. 58). Also, one of Al-Ahabash's candidate accompany with a delegation from Islamic Charitable Projects visited Waleed Jumblat ( the Durzi's leader), and he gave them $35000 to build a school.

Now we knew that, they have very good special relationship with NON Muslims. Moreover, they invite them to their parties and give them unlimited respecting. After we knew that, let us recall what I presented in first part of these articles. What they said about Imam Ibn Tymmiyyah, Imam Al-Thahabi, Shikh Al-Albani, Shikh Ibn Baz, Shikh Sayed Sabeq, Islamic thinker Syed Qutub, some of Lebanon's Scholars (which I mentioned their names before), Al-Akhwan Al-Muslimeen, and others. When we recall that, we can have simple comparison between two actions ( what they did with NON Muslim and what they did with Muslims' SCHOLAR). Now, we know who is their friends and who is their enemies.


Islamic or Arabic Nationality


To know what Al-ahbash believe in this issue let us go to their leaders to see what they said about that issue.


Adnan Al-Trabulsi ( Habashi's candidate) "It is allowed to be there a pe ace with Jews, but our request is that we are as ARAB nation do have rights, we request them under ARAB agreement, and I am without any guarded supporting that agreement" (look Al-Shira'a magazine 09/07/1992 and Al-Afkar magazine 09/26/1992). Husam krkera -the Islamic Charitable Projects' vice president- said in an interview with Al-Safeer magazine (10/19/1992) " We are with ARAB agreement, when the ARAB agree to stop fighting the Jews, we are with that agreement" . Nizar Al-Halabi (the former Islamic Charitable Projects' president ) said " Our candidate Dr. Adnan Trabulsi by the God's care won and reach the Parliament to arise with national good brothers the Lebanon's ARABIC identification". From these quotations we find that, When they talk about Palestine's problem or fighting the Jews, they make it as Arabic problem and they talk under Arab's umbrella. You know why?, if you just go back and look what I mentioned about their friends you will get the idea, it is very clear, if they talk about Islam or Islamic agreement for this problem, what will happen for their friends, they will be kicked out from this problem (as you know, because they are Christians) and Al-Ahbash does not like to work with their enemy (as you know Muslims) in this problem. When they (Al-Ahbash) thought a little bit about they found that, they and all Lebanon's Christians are ARAB, then the solution is to restrict the speech under ARAB umbrella. Moreover, do not forget that, the Arabic nationality originally came form Lebanon's Christians, then the Habashi's people should respect all Christians' ideas!. (islamweb.com)

Who Are Al Ahbash?

Beirut, Asharq Al-Awsat- The name al-Ahbash, recently mentioned in the media in connection to the UN investigation into the murder of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, refers to The Association of Islamic Charitable Projects in Lebanon which was founded by A Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Yusuf al Hirari, nicknamed “al Habashi”, referring to his Ethiopian origin. Born in the city of al Hirara , near Somalia , al Hirari settled in Lebanon in 1950 where he taught religious studies and cultivated a personal following.

Maintaining strong relations with the Syrian government, the groups leader, Nizar al Halabi was killed in 1995 by Ahmad Abdul Karim al Saaid, known as Abu Mihjin, who headed “Asbat al Ansar”or the League of Partisans. The latter was sentenced to death in absentia for his crime.

In April 2001, al Ahbash organized a series of public rallies to counter demonstrations called by those opposed to Syria's presence in Lebanon on the anniversary of the civil war. Members took to the streets dressed in black and wearing face paint and masks, the al-Ahbash members chanted pro-Syrian slogans before the TV cameras while waving nail-encrusted broomsticks, kitchen knives, brass knuckles, chains, axes, old rusted swords and hammers.

Released on Friday, the UN report into the assassination of Hariri featured the name of three brothers, Ahmad Abd al Al, an active member of al Ahbash currently in Lebanese custody, Walid, a member of the Presidential Guard, and Mahmud, also member of al Ahbash who, according to the investigation telephoned Lebanese President Emile Lahoud moments before the bombing which targeted Hariri’s convoy on February 14 th 2005. Mahmud was arrested on Sunday on a warrant issued by Magistrate Judge Sai Mirza. Police in Beirut also raised a sweet shop in Tariq al Jadidah neighbourhood owned by Hashem Mahmud Alian, allegedly a member of al Ahbash where hand grenades were found and confiscates and Alian arrested.

According to Dar al Iftaa in Beirut , the Lebanese state mufti’s administration, Abdullah al Hirari was “a man hostile to those who did not share his views, even his predecessors such as Sheikh Ibn Taymiya and Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdul Wahab. He was nicknamed the Sheikh of strife.”
On its internet site, the group explains how its name was originally “used to indicate the students and supporters of sheikh al Hirari. In reality, al Ahbash are an organization called The Association of Islamic Charitable Projects.”

“The Association rejects the Takfir ideology and opposes the use of violence against the ruling authorities and the killing of the elderly, women, and children. It does not depend on any government for financial support and rejects the takfir ideologies that denounce Muslims as infidels”.

According to the site, the former Mufti of Lebanon, Sheikh Mukhtar al Alayli, had recognized the religious knowledge of al Hirari and helped him settle in Lebanon and teach in its mosques.

Listing the group's accomplishments, the site mentions the schools and colleges it has founded around Lebanon and the university it established. Members are alleged to live as far as North America and Europe where they run a number of religious schools. Al Ahbash run their own radio station which broadcasts religious programs in Lebanon. Sheikh Abdullah al Habashi is married to four women and has two children, a boy and a girl, the site added.

Based in Burj Abi Haidar in west Beirut , the group maintains centers across Europe , including Switzerland , France , The Netherlands, Sweden , Denmark , and German, and several US states.
Al Ahbash entered the Lebanese political arena in 1992 when its candidate Dr. Adnan Trabulisi was elected to the Lebanese parliament.

Dar al Iftaa has accused the group of following the Khawarij, an Islamic sect in the 7 th and 8 th centuries in Southern Iraq and being extreme in their denunciation of their predecessors without taking into consideration the regulations around takfir. (al-awsat news)

Golongan Ahbash ini bersikap angkuh, mereka meminta aku berdebat dengan mereka, dan mereka mendesak dengan permintaan ini. Akan tetapi aku balingkan permintaan mereka ini ke dinding, dan bukanlah setiap permintaan itu ada nilainya - walau tanpa dengan kebenaran - aku menjawab: Aku tidak akan memperkenankan untuk berdebat secara lisan yang mereka inginkan itu kerana beberapa sebab:

1. Mereka hendak popular di siaran-siaran television atas namaku dan aku sama sekali tidak akan memberi peluang kepada mereka. bahkan aku katakan kepada mereka: "matilah kamu dengan kemarahanmu itu."

2. Mereka akan berkata kepada orang-orang yang sangsikan mereka: "Lihatlah kami telah berdebat dengan al-Qaradhawi."

3. Kebanyakan perkara yang mereka hendak berdebat dengan ku itu adalah perkara yang berkaitan persoalan-persoalan di dalam buku-buku ku. Perkara ini tidak perlu kepada perdebatan, bahkan memadai dijawab penulisan buku dengan buku yang seumpamanya jika mereka mampu.

4. Perdebatan sepatutnya terjadi diantara yang setanding, sedangkan mereka (golongan Ahbash) bukanlah setanding dengan-ku, tidak dari sudut usia, tidak juga dari sudut hasil ilmu. Barangkali aku akan menerima berdebat dengan mereka kalau aku melihat adanya faedah. Aku juga boleh memanggil mereka berdebat jika aku mahu dengan murid ku yang paling kecil, dan murid ku itu mampu - dengan bantuan daripada ALlah - untuk mematahkan hujah mereka dengan sekali pukulan sahaja.

5. Aku telah cuba dengan cara perdebatan, akan tetapi aku tidak mendapatinya bermanfaat, aku telah cuba dengan golongan sekularis, dan kami memenangi ke atas mereka alhamdulillah, akan tetapi mereka (golongan sekularis) tidak berganjak juga dengan pendirian mereka.

6. Aku akan berdebat dengan mereka (golongan Ahbash) dengan cara lain, iaitu dengan pena bukan dengan lisan, kerana itu aku menulis lembaran-lembaran ini, aku akan bongkarkan kejahilan murakkab mereka dan aku akan jelaskan pembohongan mereka. Aku hanya mengatakan seperti perkataan Nabi Syuaib: "Aku tidak bermaksud melainkan untuk pembaikan selama aku masih mampu, dan tidak ada taufik bagiku melainkan dengan pertolongan Allah, hanya kepada Allah aku bertawakkal dan hanya kepadanya aku kembali."

Sebahagian saudara-saudaraku dari kalangan ahli ilmu telah membaca surat yang mereka (Ahbash) hantarkan kepada al-Jazirah untuk memohon diadakan perdebatan tersebut, lalu mereka ceritakan setiap perkara (isi kandungan surat tersebut) termasuk penghinaan mereka, termasuk tuduhan mereka (Ahbash) yang mengatakan bahawasanya aku (al-Qaradhawi) telah terkeluar dari agama yang hanif ini, aku berlindung dengan Allah (dari tuduhan tersebut). Lalu saudara-saudaraku mengharapkan aku menjawab tuduhan-tuduhan tersebut yang mereka himpunkan di dalam surat tersebut yang berupa perkara-perkara utama kepada tuduhan dan kecaman mereka. Disebabkan harapan daripada saudara-saudara ku, aku menerima untuk menulis jawapan ini untuk mengendurkan kesamaran, menyatakan kebenaran dan melenyapkan kebatilan walaupun orang-orang yang berdosa tidak menyukainya.

Yang mengejutkan, mereka ini (Ahbash) menyibukkan diri mereka untuk mengganggu rancangan-rancangan ku di television dengan kecaman-kecaman dan pembohongan-pembohongan, sepertimana yang berlaku dalam program al-Syari'ah wa al-Hayah di siaran al-Jazirah dan program Syu'bu al-Imam di siaran satelit Qatar. Aku menghadapi adab buruk mereka dengan kelembutan, tidak mahu menjawab dan berpaling dari mereka seperti yang di firmankan oleh Allah swt: "(dan (orang-orang beriman itu) apabila mereka mendengar perkataan yang tidak bermanfaat, mereka berpalig daripadanya dan mereka berkata: "Bagi kami amalan-amalan kami dan bagimu amalan-amalanmu, kesejahteraan ke atas dirimu, kami tidak ingin bergaul dengan orang-orang yang jahil." (al-Qasas: 55)

Akan tetapi perbuatan mereka itu melampau dan berterusan, mereka bertambah agresif dan mereka menyangkakann kelembutan itu berupakan kelemahan, dan demi Allah ianya bukanlah kelemahan, akan tetapi aku tidak mahu menyempitkan/mensia-siakan waktu dan tumpuanku untuk menyemarakkan api perselisihan diantara umat Islam. Sedang mereka (Ahbash) paling fakir dari mahukan kesatuan dan keharmonian. Akan tetapi disebabkan mereka melampaui batas dan berterusan dan menyerang dengan cara yang batil, ia membuatkan aku menjawab tuduhan-tuduhan mereka , sedang perkara ini seperti aku nyatakan ianya tidak aku sukai, akan tetapi sepertimana firman Allah: "Telah difardhukan ke atas kamu semua peperangan sedangkan ianya tidak disukai olehmu, barangkali kamu tidak mengukai sesuatu sedangkan ianya baik untukmu dan barangkali kamu sukakan sesuatu sedangkan ianya tidak baik untukmu, dan Allah mengetahui sedangkan kamu tidak mengetahui." (al-Baqarah: 216)

Termasuk perkara yang pelik, mereka golongan Ahbash ini mentohmah aku ini Wahhabi dan taasub dengan para imam Wahhabi, seringkali aku apabila bercakap mengambil daripada Ibn Taimiyyah dan Ibn al-Qayyim dan madrasah mereka berdua, mereka (Ahbash) menuduh Ibn Taimiyyah dan Ibn al-Qayyim ini menyalahi ijma' dalam persoalan ini dan itu, dalam masa yang sama ikhwah al-Wahabiyyun atau al-Salafiyyun mengedarkan beberapa edaran yang menyerangku di Jeddah, Riyadh dan lain-lain bandar di Saudi. Aku bukanlah hamba kepada seseorang melainkan kepada Allah semata-mata, aku tidak mengambil melainkan daripada al-Kitab dan al-Sunnah, dan aku sayangkan semua ulama yang mendalam ilmunya, akan tetapi aku tidak mensucikan mereka dan tidak mendakwa mereka memiliki ismah atau bersifat maksum.

In reference to question: 10077, Fatwa 7669, I think you misunderstood my question: My question is: Why not hold this international convention and conference by scholars and thinkers of Ahl al Sunnah Wal' Jamaa'a to declare to the whole world that Ahl al Sunnah Wal' Jamm'a represents authentic Islam and are real Muslims, and the other 72 deviated and innovating sects such as Khawarij, Rawaafidh/Shia, Jahamiya, Tooruqi/Suffis, Qadyaniya/Ahmadiya, Al Murjji'a, Habashis, Akshabandis al Baatiniya, etc. Do not represent the authentic Islam, neither are they true Muslim? I believe this is the authentic truth that no one can deny or avoid which should be said, spread worldwide, and not kept hidden!

Answer:

What the dear brother has suggested is impracticable for many reasons. For instance sometimes the scholars of Ahl-al-Sunnah themselves differ in some matters, which depend on Ijtihad. This difference of opinion does not have any affect on their way of following Qur'an and Sunnah or Aqeeda. As you know, acceptable difference of opinion is permissible in Shariah such as the different opinion held by the Sahabah. There is Deep Wisdom of Allah in their various viewpoints. But the Ahl-al-Sunnah have consensus upon the fundamentals of Aqeeda and about those matters where opinions are not accepted by Allah. The truth is evident for the one who wants to know it. All Muslims are obliged to follow the way of the Prophet and his companions. They should call others to that way with good manners without forming a party or being partial to any specific group, also they should not bind the truth to a given group.

Murjia and Sufism. The Muslim scholars have written many books, given many lectures and issued many Fatwas warning against such groups. So, the rule concerning them depends on the extent of their innovative acts. Some groups are disbelievers, hence not Muslims. Others are Muslims but innovators. So, it is the responsibility of all Muslim scholars to warn people against these devious groups. But if what our brother suggested could be achieved, this would be a great achievement. But there are many constraints to it. So, we should do our best to warn people against these devious groups and teach them the true religion.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I would like to ask you about the Association of the Islamic Charitable Projects in Germany. Is it a reliable association? I visited their web site on the net "www.aicp.org", and I read some of the articles about Islam. However, I discovered that the information included is mainly concerned with at-tabarruk bil-awliya' was-salihin (seeking blessings of saints and righteous people). Could you please shed more light on the origin and beliefs of such a sect in detail.

Answer:

Wa `alaykum As-Salamu wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.

Dear sister in Islam, we would like to thank you for the great confidence you place in us, and we implore Allah Almighty to help us serve His cause and render our work for His Sake.

We have visited the site you mentioned in your question and we came to the conclusion that this site is maily concerned with publishing information and articles about Al-Ahbash. Here, we will try our best to brief you on Al-Ahbash sect as well as their dogmas and beliefs by citing the following:

"Al-Ahbash is a stray sect that follows `Abdullah ibn Al-Habashi. It has recently appeared in Lebanon taking advantage of the ignorance and poverty that resulted from the Lebanese civil war. It calls for the revival of the approaches of the advocates of the science of Kalam (theology), Sufis, and the Batiniyyah, with the aim of corrupting the Islamic creed, fragmenting Muslims and distracting them from their main issues.

Establishment:

`Abdullah Al-Harari Al-Habashi is `Abdullah ibn Muhammad Ash-Shybi Al-`Abdary by lineage, and is called Al-Harary because he comes from the city of Harar in Abyssinya (Al-Habashah). He came to Lebanon in 1950 after he incited sedition against Muslims there. He joined hands with the ruler of Indragy , the son in law of Hilasilasy , against the Islamic schools for teaching Qur’an in the city of Harar in 1376 AH/1940 CE causing what is known as the sedition of the Kolob country which resulted in sentencing the manager of the schools to twenty three years of imprisonment then he was exiled to Joury county and died there.

Moreover, the rest of the Sheikhs and callers to Islam fell in the hands of Hilasilasy who humiliated them and drove them to flee to Egypt and Saudi Arabia. That’s why `Abdullah Al-Harary was called ‘ the leader of the sedition”. Since he came to Lebanon he kept inciting sedition exactly as he used to do in his country and kept spreading his corrupt beliefs, insulting the Prophet’s Companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) accusing `A'ishah, the mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her) of not following Allah’s orders in addition to issuing wrongful fatwas.

Al-Habashi has recently succeeded in attracting a large group of insolent fanatics who do not consider anyone as a Muslim unless he declared his submission to their leader and his corrupt creed that includes the Batinyyah and the Rafidah. Moreover, they force themselves on people by going to their houses and insisting that they learn the Habashi creed.

Beliefs and dogmas:

Reading thoroughly all that has been issued by such sect, one would clearly see that they violate the principles of Islam and its main creed. Following are some of their beliefs:

1- Concerning creed, they follow the condemned school of Irja'. It is well known that the Islamic creed held by the Prophet’s Companions and their successors states that faith is a matter of declaring in words, believing in the heart and all this must be reflected in action for belief without practice and submission to Shari`ah has no place in Islam. However, according to them it is not necessary that faith be reflected in action and hence a person remains a believer even if he neglects all the pillars of Islam.

2- Such a sect consider it permissible to seek the help of the dead besides instead of that of Allah and this is clearly considered in the Qur'an and Sunnah as ascribing partners to Allah. They urge people to do so claiming that the dead get out from their graves to fulfill the requests of those who call upon them and then get back to the graves. Allah Almighty says: “They worship beside Allah that which neither hurteth them nor profiteth them, and they say: These are our intercessors with Allah.” (Yunus: 18)

3- They consider that the Qur'an is not the words of Allah but that of Gabriel.

4- They claim to follow the Shafi`i School in respect to fiqh and belief. However, they are, in fact, very far from the principles of the School of Imam ash-Shafi`i.

5- They claim that Allah has created the universe and sent the Messengers to humans for no purpose or wisdom and whoever attributes any of Allah's actions to the Divine Wisdom is a mushrik.

6- They abuse the Prophet’s Companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) particularly Mu`awiyah, `A'ishah, Khalid ibn al-Walid. They declared that Mu`awayh (may Allah be pleased with him) was not a true believer. In such case, they are similar to the Rafidah who also insult the Prophet’s Companions. [Muslims must abstain from discussing the relationship between the Prophet’s Companions and their disagreements. They must also recognize their role in promoting Islam and their being privileged with the Companionship of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). It is confirmed that Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not abuse my Companions for if any one of you spent gold equal to Mountain Uhud (in Allah's Cause) it would not be equal to a mudd or even a half mudd spent by one of them."‏ Allah Almighty says: “And those who came (into the faith) after them say: Our Lord Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith, and place not in our hearts any rancor toward those who believe. Our Lord! Thou art Full of Pity, Mercifl.” (Al-Hashr: 10)]

7- One of the most flagrant violations of this sect is their issuing of wrong fatwas that contradict the Qur'an and the Sunnah. For instance, they consider gambling with non-believers permissible in order to take away their money as long as this does not lead to sedition. Moreover, they consider robbing the harvest and the cattle of non-believers and permissible. They also consider it permissible to deal in Riba (interest) with non-Muslims, and to join lottery games. Moreover, one of their most obvious violations to the principles of religion is their declaration that it is permissible to look lustfully at women, on television or elsewhere, and also that intermingling between men and women without any restrictions is permissible. These are some examples of their weird fatwas that clearly contradict Shari`ah and consider all grave sins as permissible practices.

8- One of their mean ways of making Mulsims abstain from following the scholars of Islam is their belittling of their status, insulting them and labeling many of them as kuffar (non-Muslims). Among the scholars which they labeled as kuffar Ibn Taymiyyah, Adh-Dhahabi, Muhammad ibn Abdel-Wahhab, Sayyed Sabiq, Sayyed Qutb, etc."

Translated excerpts, with modifications, from Al-Mawsu`ah Al-Fiqhiyyah Al-Muyassarah fi Al-Adyan wal Madhahib Al-Mu`asirah. In this context, we'd like to cite for you the following fatwa issued by the eminent Muslim scholar, Dr. `Ali Jum`ah, Professor of the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence at Al-Azhar University:

“This sect follows `Abdullah Al-Harary Al-Habashi, and it has surface and deep levels. At the surface, this sect seems to adhere to the Shafi`i School of Jurisprudence, and to Imam Al-Ash`ari’s School as regards creed. However, at the deep level, their main intention is to corrupt the Muslim creed and incite sedition amongst the Muslim Ummah. Moreover, they are paid agents to the enemies of Islam.

After inciting sedition in Harar, `Abdullah Al-Habashi moved to Beirut where he started deceiving young men into joining his suspected group. He worked as an editor for publishers in Lebanon and started to cooperate with the Jews and their agents in South Lebanon. He started in the seventies to spread his corrupt thoughts and to declare many scholars as non-Muslims, especially Imam Ibn Taymiyyah , Imam Muhammad `Abdul Wahhab , the Hanbalis and all those who held different views from his under the pretext that they violate the principles of Imam Al-Ash`ari or what he has understood from the texts of the Shafi`is .

Moreover, he urged his followers to incite sedition wherever they go. For instance, they cause such a controversy concerning the direction of the Qiblah in America violating all the principles of modern science claiming that they are just innovations and rejecting substantial evidence. They caused the same problem in Japan.

In addition to causing a problem over their following other Muslims in prayers, the problem over food, the controversy over getting married to women belonging to other revealed religions and other issues that are controversial amongst Muslim scholars.

They hold strange deviant views that have never been expressed by any Muslim sect, group or movement. They declared that intermingling between men and women is permissible without any restrictions, and that Muslim leaders are not true believers and that it is permissible to cooperate with non-believers. They also once spread that their leader died then they declared that it was a rumor. In such a way, they made people detest them as they were always linked with sedition. Several Muslim authorities warned against such a sect including: the Islamic Research Academy at Al-Azhar, the General Authority for Research, Fatwas and the Islamic call and guidance in Saudi Arabia, the Higher Council for Fatwas in Northern America.

In order to continue deceiving people, they usually do not express their true views and intentions in the books or any of the publications that they issue. Even the books issued by their leader is quite ordinary and do not contain any of their aberrant views which is, in fact, part of their plan to deceive people and attract more followers. However, many of their followers repent and revert to the true path when they learn the truth about such sect."

Based on the aforementioned facts, we'd like to conclude with the following points:

1- The Ahbash group is a stray group that is not considered among main stream Muslims and they have to revert to the true path of the Companions and their successors, both in belief and in action.

2- It is not permissible to follow the fatwas of such sect.

3- They are not trustworthy and people must be warned against their dangerous corrupt views. Moreover, Muslims should advise the followers of such sect to revert to the true path.

Aku ingin memohon maaf dari saudara-saudara kita ahli Habashah yang lain dan kepada penghulu ahli Habashah Sayyidina Bilal r.a. Mereka (golongan Ahbash) telah merosakkan nama Habashah dan al-Ahbash yang sebenarnya. Mereka (golongan Ahbash) bukanlah dari ahli Habashah yang baik sedikitpun, mereka ahli Habashah berlepas diri dari kesalahan-kesalahan golongan Ahbash - yang telah membawa nama mereka secara salah - seperti berlepas dirinya serigala (dalam kisah saudara-saudara Nabi Yusuf) dari darah anak Nabi Ya'kub. Mereka (golongan Ahbash) sejauh-jauh manusia dari adab dan akhlak Bilal r.a.

Sesungguhnya, pada awalnya aku tawaqquf dari menyebut tentang mereka, dan aku tidak membenarkan setiap perkara yang aku dengar tentang mereka, aku juga menahan lidah dan pena-ku dari menyebut tentang mereka, aku tidak menyentuh mereka walau dalam satu kalimat. Sehinggalah jelas kepadaku kebenaran dan (seperti) jelasnya subuh bagi orang yang memiliki dua mata, dan tuduhan-tuduhan terhadap mereka diketahui dimerata tempat, maka tidak wajar aku senyap. lalu aku sentuh tentang mereka dalam beberapa kitabku yang kemudian dengan cara yang lembut dan aku kritik mereka dengan kritikan yang ringan. Aku juga menjawab dalam beberapa seminar kepada orang yang bertanya tentang sebahagian pendapat-pendapat mereka yang ganjil seperti pendapat mereka dalam keharusan merokok secara mutlak, keharusan bercampur antara lelaki dan perempuan tanpa ikatan dan selainnya, sebagai menjelaskan kesalahan mereka dalam ijtihad-ijtihad mereka seperti ini, tanpa aku melontarkan tuduhan kafir dan fasiq kepada mereka, kerana cara itu bukanlah jalanku.

Akan tetapi, kritikan yang lembut dan ringan ini, seperti membunuh bagi mereka, menghentam dan menggilakan mereka, mereka datang kesemuanya dan mereka kerahkan pasukan-pasukan berkuda dan berjalan kaki (kiasan mereka kerahkan semua kekuatan mereka) yang berada dalam kelalaian, mereka hendak mengganggu program al-Syari'ah wa al-Hayah di siaran al-Jazirah di Qatar. Mereka juga menghalakan anak-anak panah mereka dari setiap arah. Apabila mereka tidak berjaya, mereka menghantar surat kepada Pengarah al-Jazirah, meminta diadakan perdebatan dengan aku (al-Qaradhawi). Kalaulah aku menerima cara ini, sudah tentu aku akan izinkan sebahagian anak murid kepada anak muridku untuk berdebat dengan mereka. Akan tetapi mereka (golongan Ahbash) terlaku kecil dan terlaku rendah untuk berdebat dengan mereka, mereka tidak memiliki nilai ilmu untuk mengizinkan mereka memasuki nilai perdebatan, walaupun untuk berdebat dengan murid yang paling rendah.

Ringkasan Dari Fatwa Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradhawi Tentang Kumpulan AHBASH (1)

Semenjak beberapa tahun yang lalu aku (Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradhawi) ada mendengar tentang satu jamaah yang zahir di Lubnan, ia menimbulkan masaalah kepada umat Islam di Lubnan dengan pandapat-pendapat yang pelik dan menyeleweng dan pandangan-pandangan yang merbahaya dalam persoalan aqidah, fiqh dan akhlak. Sehingga mereka menggugurkan kewajipan zakat bagi individu yang memiliki sampinan wang yang banyak dari matawang kertas yang digunakan pada hari ini, mereka juga mengharuskan wang tersebut berurusan dengan riba, mereka mendakwa matawang kertas bukanlah matawang yang syar'ie yakni bukan Emas dan Perak. Mereka mengharuskan orang yang memakan bawang atau meletakkannya di dalam poket tidak menunaikan solat Jumaat, dan mereka mengharuskan percampuran antara lelaki dan perempuan tanpa batas.

Dan yang lebih dahsyat bahayanya apabila mereka mengkafirkan setiap orang yang berbeza dengan mereka dari kalangan umat Islam hari ini atau yang dahulu. Mereka mengkafirkan Syeikh al-Islam Ibn Taimiyyah, anak muridnya al-Imam Ibn al-Qayyim, dan sesiapa yang mengikut dua orang tokoh ini seperti Mujaddid Tauhid di al-Jazirah al-Syeikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, sepertimana mereka mengkafirkan ramai dari ulama semasa seperti al-'Allamah al-Syeikh 'Abdul 'Aziz bin Baz, Pemikir Islam Syed Qutb, dan selainnya. Aku (al-Qaradhawi) telah menyebut di dalam buku-ku (al-Sofwah al-Islamiyyah Baina al-Juhud wa al-Tatorruf) bahawa terjatuh ke dalam lubang menghukum kafir adalah tanda-tanda yang paling serius terhadap pemikiran ekstrim dan melampau dalam beragama.

Golongan Ahbash yang pelampau dan penyeleweng ini mendakwa mereka adalah dari mazhab al-Imam Abi al-Hasan al-'Asy'ariy di dalam aqidah, dan mazhab al-Imam al-Syefie di dalam Fiqh, dan mengikut tarikat al-Rifa'iyyah di dalam berakhlak. Akan tetapi hakikatnya mereka mereka amat jauh dari manhaj para imam ini kesemuanya samaada dalam pemikiran, adab dan akhlak.

Kumpulan ini yang mulanya timbul di Lubnan, dinamakan sebagai al-Ahbash, kerana tuan milik dakwah mereka dan pemegang bendera mereka adalah seorang lelaki dari Habashah berasal dari Harara, dia mendakwa dakwahnya ini adalah dakwah yang baharu, yang hasrat utamanya ialah memecah belakkan kesatuan umat Islam, mengucar-kacirkan mereka dan menyalakan api fitnah antara barisan umat Islam dan menghalang setiap usaha untuk membantu perkembangan agama ini. Assalamu'alaikum . Saya ada sedikit maklumat tentang ahbash. Sewaktu saya belajar di Syria dulu, saya dan kawan-kawan pernah berdialog dengan pelajar malaysia yang belajar dgn golongan ahbash.

Memang benar,mereka mengkafirkan Syed Qutb, juga Dr yusof Al-Qardhawi, Dr Said Ramadhan Al-Buti dll yang saya tak ingat. Memang tidak asing lagi bagi saya dan kawan-kawan yg belajar di Syria pada waktu itu (2002-2004), sekolah mereka di Lubnan punyai silibers khas semata-mata rad@menolak pendapat ulama'2 seperti di atas dan lain-lain.

Dalam diolog tersebut, saya bertanya pada pelajar tersebut (pengikut ahbash) ketika dia menyebut ulama'2 zaman sekarang banyak mengeluarkan fatwa mengikut hawa nafsu dan tidak berkelayakan, siapakah ulama' yg mujtahid? jawabnya syeikh Abdullah Alharari ( Syeikh beliau ), lalu saya bertanya lagi, bagaimana dgn Dr Yusuf Qardawi ? lalu dia kata beliau tidak mujtahid.

saya pun benar2 terkejut dgn kenyataan beliau, Dr Yusof Qardhawi yg seluruh dunia mengktiraf kemujtahidannya tetapi beliau menafikannya. Lalu saya membuat keputusan untuk berhati2&menjauhi golongan ini.

Bagi rakan-rakan forumer yang betul-betul inginkan penjelasan yang lebih lanjut, boleh bertanyakan mana-mana kenalan, kawan-kawan yg belajar di Syria @ jika ada duit lebih bolehlah ke Syria dan minta bantuan pelajar di sana untuk melihat sendiri sekolah mereka di Lubnan dan berdialog dgn mereka@tanya sendiri Dr Said Ramadhan al-buti. buku2 mereka(ahbash) boleh didapati dengan percuma jika melawati mereka, juga dapat bersiar2 sekitar lubnan mengikut pemandu mereka secara percuma. Tektik Kotor Ahbash Terbongkar: Ahbash memalsukan surat penyaksian dari al-Azhar ke atas Syeikh Dimasyqiyyah yang sering membongkar kesesatan mereka.

Di bawah ini adalah penjelasan dan bukti oleh al-Syeikh Abdul Rahman bin Sa'ied Dimasyqiyyah, bagaimana surat penyaksiat dari al-Azhar telah diubah dan dipalsukan oleh Ahbash yang marah dengan usaha beliau membongkar kesesatan mereka.



Antara isi penting ucapan Syeikh Dimashqiyyah:

- Ahbash memalsukan surat penyaksian dari al-Azhar yang kononnya beliau ada masaalah yang bersangkutan Akhlak ketika belajar di Azhar Lubnan di kuliah al-Syari'ah al-Islamiyyah. Perbuatan mereka memalsukan surat dari al-Azhar ini termasuk dalam perbuatan dosa besar, namun pemalsuan terhadap beliau ini masih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan dosa perbuatan syirik yang menjadi akidah mereka yang mereka sebar dan pertahankannya termasuk meminta pertolongan, memohon diperkenankan hajat dari orang-orang yang telah mati, mengambil berkat dari sebahagian batu dan pokok bahkan mereka juga mengambil berkat dari kahak yang diludah oleh syeikh mereka. Sedangkan Allah berfirman:

"Dan telah berfirman tuhan kamu, berdoalah kepada-Ku, pasti Aku akan memperkenankannya untuk kamu semua." Sabda Nabi saw pula: "Apabila kamu meminta maka mintalah kepada Allah."

Inilah tindakan orang yang mentauhidkan Allah, mereka melafazkan di dalam solat mereka: "Hanya kepada Engkau (Allah) kami sembah dan hanya kepada Engkau kami meminta pertolongan. Adapun orang musrik (yang melakukan syirik) mereka menyebutnya dengan lidah mereka dan perbuatan mereka bertentangan dengan apa yang mereka sebutkan.

- Berkenaan penyaksian palsu, Nabi saw telah bersabda:
"Hendakkah kamu aku khabarkan tentang dosa yang lebih besar dari dosa-dosa besar yang lain?" Jawab para sahabah: "Bahkan (kami sememangnya hendak mendengarnya) wahai Rasulullah." Nabi saw bersabda: "Mensyirikkan Allah, Menderhakai ibu-bapa." Kemudian baginda tunduk dan terus duduk, dan terus bersabda: "ketahuilah (yang seterusnya) perkataan palsu dan penyaksian palsu." Sahabat yang meriwayatkan hadirth ini berkata: "Nabi berterusan mengulanginya sehingga kami berkata mudah-mudahan baginda berhenti dari mengulanginya." Hadith ini disepakati kesahihannya oleh al-Bukhari dan Muslim. Perkataan sahabat yang meriwayatkan hadith ini: "Mudah-mudahan baginda berhenti dari mengulanginya." disebabkan apa yang telah mereka lihat dari bersangatan marah baginda dengan kesalahan penyaksian palsu.

- Sungguh memalukan bagi satu jamaah yang mendakwa diri mereka sebagai Masyari' al-Khair (projek-projek kebajikan), dan membawa panji keadilan, mereka jatuh ketahap melakukan pemalsuan dan menempoh dengan demikian itu cara yang ditempoh oleh golongan Mafia. Demikianlah kaedah-kaedah yang gagal yang telah dihimpun oleh Jam'iyyah Masyari' al-Ahbash yang dibiayai oleh RAND Amerika.



- Lihatlah bagaimana Ahbash memalsukan surat penyaksian dari al-Azhar...


inilah surat penyaksian yang sebenarnya daripada al-Azhar (<--gambar sebelah kiri) yang telah dipalsukan oleh Ahbash. Surat itu adalah jawapan daripada al-Azhar yang telah saya terima beberapa tahun yang lalu. Surat penyaksian ini sebagai satu tamparah hebat kepada Ahbash yang telah banyak menyebarkan berita palsu dan melakukan pemalsuan tentang diri saya.

- Lihatlah apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Ahbash, mereka benar-benar telah memalsukan surat penyaksian tersebut. Akan tetapi disebabkan ketaasubban mereka, mereka menyangka tidak akan dibongkar perbuatan palsu mereka ini. Perhatikanlah surat asal yang sah tersebut betul-betul yang telah dicetak dari komputer melalui microsoftword, kemudian perhatikan pula surat yang telah dipalsukan dan diubah tarikhnya ke tahun 1972 yang juga dicetak dengan microsoftword, tanyalah kepada Ahbash yang telah melakukan pemalsuan ini, Apakah pada tahun 1972 telah ada program microsoftword???

- Kemudian perhatikan juga kepada tandatangan di dalam surat tersebut, ia benar-benar telah dicetak dan benar-benar sama dengan tandatangan yang ada pada naskah yang asal, dari sudut gerak tandatangan dan kedudukannya. (Surat palsu dari Ahbash -->)Perkara ini tidak mungkin boleh dilakukan sekali lagi oleh orang yang menurunkan tandatangan walaupun ianya dicetak untuk tandatangan itu benar-benar sama pada bentuk yang pertama dari sudut gerak tandatangannya dan kedudukannya sekalipun dia bersungguh-sungguh melakukannya. Ini menguatkan lagi Ahbash sebenarnya telah mengubah kandungan teks, dan mereka mengambil cetakan surat yang asal dengan tandatangan yang asal seperti yang ada lihat pada surat penyaksian yang asal.

MUFTI HASSAN KHALID


MUFTI LUBNAN YANG DIKAFIRKAN OLEH AL-AHBASH

كانوا يكتبون على جدران الطرق (( لا للمفتي حسن خالد الكافر ، نعم للمفتي نزار الحلبي ))

Mereka menconteng di dinding-dinding dengan kata-kata: KATAKAN TIDAK KEPADA HASSAN KHALID YANG KAFIR dan KATAKAN YA KEPADA MUFTI NIZAR AL-HALABI

Syeikh Hassan Khalid dilahirkan di Lubnan pada 1340 H bersamaan tahun 1921. dilantik menjadi Mufti Lubnan pada 1966. Beliau merupakan ahli di setiap program yang dianjurkan oleh Rabitah Alam Islami, beliau juga ahli di Majmak Buhuth Islami Azhar al-Syarif di Kaherah.

Antara kitab yang ditulis oleh Syeikh:

- الإسلام والتكامل المادي في المجتمع

- أحكام الأحوال الشخصيّة في الشريعة الإسلامية

- أحاديث رمضان

- الزواج بغير المسلمين

- الشهيد في الإسلام

- مسار الدعوة الإسلامية في لبنان خلال القرن الرابع عشر الهجري

- المسلمون في لبنان والحرب الأهلية

- المواريث في الشريعة الإسلامية بالاشتراك مع عدنان نجا

- موقف الإسلام من الوثنية واليهودية و النصرانية.

- كتاب يتضمن البيانات والتصريحات الصادرة عن دار الفتوى خلال الحرب الأهليّة في لبنان .

Kematian Syeikh apabila keretanya terkena letupan bom ketika keretanya melalui kawasan tersebut pada 11 Syawal 1409H bersamaan 16 Mei 1989. Semoga beliau dikurniakan Syahid..Amin

Fatwa Dari Markaz Fatwa laman islamweb.net tentang Ahbash


al-Harariyyah adalah firqah (kumpulan) yang dinisbahkan kepada Abdullah al-Harari al-Habashi, berhati-hatilah dengan pemikiran-pemikiran mereka. Asas akidah mereka secara ringkasnya ialah:


1. Bermazhab al-Asy'ariy yang kemudian, dalam masaalah sifat, yang hampir dengan manhaj al-Jahmiyyah.

2. al-Murjiah dan al-Jahmiyyah dalam permasaalahan iman.

3. Tarikat sufiah yang menyeleweng seperti al-Rifa'iyyah dan al-Naqsabandiyyah.

Ramai para ulama Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamaah masa kini yang telah menjelaskan hukum tentang kumpulan Ahbash ini seperti al-Muhaddith al-Syeikh al-Albani dan selainnya, demikian juga Samahah al-Syeikh Abdul 'Aziz bin Baz telah memfatwakan kumpulan Ahbash ini sebagai sesat dan ketua mereka Abdullah al-Harari dikenali dengan penyelewengan dan kesesatan. Maka wajib memulau mereka dan mengingkari akidah mereka yang batil dan memberi peringatan kepada orang ramai daripada mendekati dan mendengar dari mereka.

Sesiapa yang hendak mengetahui lebih banyak tentang kumpulan ini sila rujuk al-Mausu'ah al-Muyassarah fi al-Adyan wa al-Mazahib wa al-Ahzab al-Mu'asarah.

Kenyataan al-Syeikh Hamid bin Abdillah al-'Aliy Tentang Ahbash




Di dalam lamanweb rasmi al-Syeikh Hamid bin Abdillah al-'Aliy (http://www.h-alali.net/) , terdapat soalan yang bertanyakan tentang kumpulan Ahbash bertarikah 13/12/2006. Teks soalan tersebut seperti dibawah:

التمس منكم مدي بمعلومات مدققة و تفصيلية عن فرقة الاحباش.هل هناك فتاوى وردت في هذا الموضوع؟هل هي فرقة ظالة ام لا؟

Maksudnya: "Saya memohon maklumat terperinci daripada tuan tentang kumpulan Ahbash, apakah telah ada fatwa tentang kumpulan ini? Apakah mereka itu kumpulan yang sesat ataupun tidak?"


Jawapan dari al-Syeikh Hamid bin Abdillah al-'Aliy (Pensyarah Peradaban Islam di Kuliah Pendidikan Asas Kuwait.).

Alhamdulillah wassolatu wassalam 'ala nabiyyina Muhammad wa 'ala alihi wa sahbihi wa ba'du:

al-Ahbash adalah satu kumpulan sesat yang dinisbahkan kepada Abdillah al-Habasyi. Zahir di Lubnan, dan mereka mengambil kesempatan daripada kejahilan dan kefakiran yang berlaku di Lubnan kesan dari peperangan yang berlaku di sana untuk menyebarkan seruan menghidupkan manhaj-manhaj Sufiah yang batiniyyah bertujuan merosakkkan aqidah dan memecah-belahkan kesatuan umat Islam.

Pengasas kepada kumpulan ini ialah Abdullah Muhammad al-Harari al-Habasyi, dia belajar agama di sana (di Habashah) dan telah mengadakan bai'ah (janji taat setia) dengan tarikat al-Tijaniyyah. Dia juga berbai'ah dengan Tarikah al-Rifa'iyyah, kemudian dia berhijrah ke Syiria dan Lubnan. Ketika di Habashah, Abdullah al-Harari pernah bekerjasama dengan pemerintah Indraji di Habashah "Sahr Hilasilasi" menghapuskan persatuan-persatuan Islam tahfiz al-Quran di bandar Harara yang membawa kepada hukuman penjara dan buang negeri ke atas Pengetuan Sekolah, Ibrahim Hasan selama 23 tahun. Semua ini menyebabkan para pendakwah dan para syeikh yang berada di Harara melarikan diri ke Saudi dan Mesir. Kerana itu Abdullah al-Harari (pengasas kumpulan Ahbash) dikenali disana dengan sifat al-Fattan (pembawa fitnah) atau Syeikh Fitnah.

Demikianlah keadaannya (al-Harari) apabila dia berada di Lubnan, dia bekerja untuk menyebarkan fitnah sama seperti yang dilakukannya di tempat asalnya dan menyebarkan kepercayaannya yang rosak, termasuk syirik, menyebarkan fahaman mazhab-mazhab yang batil tentang sifat Allah, menyebarkan fahaman murjiah, Jabariah, tasawwuf batiniyyah dan syiah rafidhah, mencela para sahabat (Nabi saw) dan menuduh Ummu al-Mukminin 'Aisyah melakukan maksiat dengan melanggar perintah Allah swt dengan fatwa-fatwa yang ganjil.

Antara pengikutnya ialah Nizar al-Halabi (نزار الحلبي), beberapa orang public figure seperti timbalan parlimen 'Adnan al-Tarobalasi (عدنان الطرابلسي) dan calon mereka yang lain seperti Toha Naji (طه ناجي) yang menerima suara sokongan kebanyakan dari penganut kristian, kerana janji mereka menghapuskan fahaman Islam fundamental. Akan tetapi dia tidak memperoleh kejayaan. Demikian juga dengan Hasan Qarqira timbalan presiden Jam'iyyah al-Masyari' al-Islamiyyah, Kamal al-Huth, 'Imaduddin Haidar, Abdullah al-Barudiy dan individu-individu yang menyeliakan peralatan penyelidikan dan menuskrip seperti al-Muassasah al-Thaqafiyyah lil Khidmaat dan Markaz al-Abhath wa al-Khidmaat. Mereka juga kebelakangan ini telah memulakan mentahkik kitab-kitab turath, dengan tahkikan jahmiyyah. Mereka juga melakukan muslihat dengan menggunakan nama ganjil yang tidak dikenali walaupun dikalangan para penuntut ilmu seperti mereka menulis : "Telah berkata al-Hafidz al-'Abdari di dalam dua dalilnya (قال الحافظ العبدري في دليليه)." Mereka menyembunyikan kepada orang ramai, sehingga orang ramai akan menyangka al-Hafidz yang dimaksudkan ialah dari kalangan ulama yang masyhur seperti al-Hafidz Ibn Hajar ataupun al-Nawawi, sebaliknya al-Hafidz itu ialah syeikh mereka sendiri al-Harari, mereka nakalkan dari kitabnya al-Dalil al-Qawim sebagai contohnya.

Kepercayaan-Kepercayaan mereka

1. Mereka mendakwa mereka bermazhab al-Syafie di dalam fiqh dan i'tikad, akan tetapi hakikatnya mereka jauh dari mazhab al-Syafie.

2. Mereka menganggap ringan berhukum dengan hukuman buatan manusia yang bertentangan dengan hukum Allah. al-Habasyi (Abdullah al-Harari) berkata: "Sesiapa yang tidak berhukum dengan syariat Allah dalam dirinya dan tidak melaksanakan sedikitpun kefardhuan Allah dan tidak menjauhi perkara-perkara haram, sebaliknya dia pernah mengucapkan walau sekali seumur hidup la-i-la-ha-illallah, maka dia seorang muslim dan digelarkan juga sebagai seorang beriman yang berdosa." (al-Dalil al-Qawim. m.s. 9-10).

Kepercayaan ini adalah kepercayaan firqah Murjiah yang sesat.

3. al-Ahbash memberi galakan kepada orang ramai untuk memohon dari kubur, memohon pertolongan dari kubur dan memohon ditunaikan hajar dari kubur. Ini kerana kumpulan Ahbash mempercayai orang-orang yang telah mati itu akan keluar dari kubur untuk menunaikan hajat orang yang memohon kepada mereka, kemudian mereka (orang-orang yang telah mati itu) akan pulang semula ke kubur mereka. Sama juga mereka mengharuskan memohon perlindungan kepada selain Allah, dan menyeru mengambil berkat dari beberapa batu. (Kitab al-Dalil al-Qawim, 173).

4. Ahbash akan memenangkan mazhab mereka dengan hadith-hadith yang lemah dan palsu, yang menyokong mazhab mereka. Kerana itu mereka menghukum banyak hadith yang sahih sebagai dhaif kerana tidak menyokong mazhab mereka. Perkara ini jelas di dalam kitab mereka al-Maulid al-Nabawi.

5. Abdullah al-Harari al-Habasyi telah mengkafirkan beberapa orang ulama umat Islam. Dia mengkafirkan Ibn Taimiyyah. Dia menjadikan perkara pertama yang wajib ke atas setiap mukallaf ialah beriktikad akan kekafiran Ibn Taimiyyah, dan dia benar-benar memberi peringatan supaya menjauhkan kitab Ibn Taimiyyah. Demikian juga al-Imam al-Zahabiy yang di sisinya (al-Harari) sebagai seorang yang hina. Dia juga menganggap al-Syeikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab seorang penjenayah, pembunuh dan seorang kafir. Dia juga mengkafirkan al-Syeikh al-Muhaddith Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albani r.h. Mengkafirkan al-Syeikh Sayed Sabiq, dan menganggap syed sabiq sebagai seorang Majusi yang kafir, dia juga mengkafirkan Syed Qutb sepertimana yang disebut oleh al-Harari di dalam kitabnya al-Nahju al-Sawiy fi al-Radd 'ala Syed Qutb wa Tabi'ihi Faisol Maulawi.

6. al-Harari menyeru kepada tarikat Naqsyabandiyyah dan Rifaiyyah

7. al-Harari juga memiliki beberapa fatwa yang ganjil yang berpendapat harusnya membuat helah dalam agama dan berpendapat melihat, bercampur dan bersalaman dengan perempuan yang ajnabiy itu tidak mengapa, bahkan dia mengatakan wanita boleh keluar rumahnya dengan berwangi-wangian, bertabarruj sekalipun tidak direstui suaminya.

8. al-Harari mengharuskan jualan dan belian budak yang merdeka. Dia juga membolehkan orang ramai meninggalkan bayaran zakat dengan wang kertas dan mendakwa wang kertas tidak ada kaitan dengan zakat yang wajib dengan emas dan perak sahaja. Dia juga mengharuskan memakan riba, mengharuskan solat memakai pakaian yang bernajis. (Bughyah al-Tolib: 99)

9. al-Harari juga telah menimbulkan fitnah di Amerika dan Kanada dengan perubahan kiblat, sehingga mereka memiliki masjid yang khas yang mereka ubah arah kiblatnya 90 darjah, dan menjadikan mereka menghadap kiblat yang berlawanan dengan kiblat umat Islam. Mereka juga berkeyakinan bumi bukannya berbentuk globe seperti yang dimaklumi, sebaliknya bumi berbentuk setengah globe seperti bentuk setengah buah oren. Di Lubnan mereka sembahyang bersama dengan kumpulan-kumpulan khusus, selepas selesai para jamaah menunaikan solat.

Samahah al-Syeikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz telah mengeluarkan fatwa yang berbunyi: "Sesunguhnya kumpulan al-Ahbash merupakan kumpulan sesat, ketua mereka Abdullah al-Habasyi terkenal dengan penyelewengan dan kesesatannya. Maka wajib memboikot dan menginkari aqidahnya yang batil. Dan memberi peringatan kepada masyarakat supaya menjauhinya dan tidak mendengar serta menerima apa yang mereka katakan." Dengan ini diketahui bahawasanya kumpulan ini (Ahbash) adalahsatu kumpulan sesat yang dicurigai yang ganjil dan wajib berhati-hati daripadanya.
